Love to go back again. It was spot on the ambience, the staff, the treatment and the rest. Shame the parking bit was a nuisance.
My hair cut was uneven and the colour was not what I chose. to make it even better, my hair was not washed but conditioned because they do not believe in washing hair after colouring!! This might be because they did not have hot water. My hair was conditioned by boiling the kettle!! After strong discussions/debate, I was given the refund which I used by adding more from my pocket to get my hair fixed.
The venue was easy to find, place was clean and staff was polite but lack skills. They did not use the products they promised in their promotion. Overall experience - will never go there again.
Ambience - Good, Venue - Not too difficult to find. Treatment - I waited for a while before been seen and the shampooist was not very professional however the end result was not too painful as my haircut was good.
It was difficult to find the venue but directions given were helpful. My treatment was not what I expected. Therapist was very sweet but Semi permanent make up came off within 2 days.
Venue was not too difficult to find however I was delayed due to public transport problems. i was denied the full treatment not because therapist had another client but because she was getting late for her lunch. Besides the treatment given was not satisfactorily either.
Almost all of my hair colour came off in the first wash. I went back again - they fixed it but it was still not up to my satisfaction level as my greys started showing within a month.
Venue was not too difficult to find and making an appointment was also convenient. however, Facial was definately not what it says on the voucher. I asked for hydrating facial. I was only given the hydrating mask in the name of this.
I was given the wrong direction by one of their staff members when I booked the appointment still I was on time but the senior stylist was very rude to me initially stating that I am 15 minutes late and he won't be able to do the highlights for me as they will be closing soon. I clarified that a) I am on time and not 15 mns late and b) I didn't book for highlights. He apologised after checking his diary. He didn't treat my hair as per the promise but may be it wasa blessing in disguise as the junior stylist gave my hair a lovely colour.
My appointment was at 16:15 and I was there until 18:30 because they were treating the walk-ins!!! when I left they were still open for business!!! Hair cut should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience it shouldn't be a pair of scissors and you. I hope you agree!!
