Hi everyone , i am a 52 year old lady , family all grown up. I ve been feeling a bit low lately , and have decide now to give myself a kick up the bum and get myself motivated! This year i want to make myself feel fabulous ! I love walking , and intend to join a gym to start getting fit , I also want to 'fix' a few minor problems i have about me that im not happy with! including not being assertive enough!
