From start to finish this was a good and relaxing experience when having a pedicure at Kai Ko's salon. I wsa greated by friendly staff and offered refreshments straight away. I was told that the Therapist would be five minutes which is always nice to know rather than just guessing when you will be seen. When taken up the stairs to the Beauty room I felt it was clean and tidy and the decor was modern. The Pedicure fish that we all see so many of these days were kept in a beautiful tank and seating section which was had lights this cast a blue glow all over the room which made it very relaxing. The Therapist was kind and paid attention to every detail during the treatment. I was really happy with the colour of polishes I was shown and the finish on my toes was extremely neat. My Pedicure lasted for a couple of weeks and I was fully relaxed during the treatment.

When I visited Saks of Solihull I was due to take advantage of the Wahanda voucher for a treatment and a cut and finish with one of there stylists. On that day one of the treatment the stylist became ill which is just one of things and cant be helped. When I found out about this I was promptly offered a compensation which does not always happen in these cases so I was very happy to receive a deep tissue massage that evening and given the option to use the voucher on a seperate date. The manager was so helpful and friendly and you could see she had a really passion for the buiness and was very keen to maintain good standards of customer service. My massage was fantastic and the therapist very proffesional. The decor of the beauty rooms was modern, clean and the ambience was very relaxing. I cant wait to return to actually use my voucher and would definitely visit Saks for treatments again. I would reccomend Saks for a massage to someone with a sports injury or needs to get rid of those annoying knots ! as my massage was very affective.

When walking into Bad Apple Hair Sutton Coldfield I was given a very warm welcome and offered a good selection of drinks via a menu. The coffee and tea were complementary and you could choose other drinks all displayed beautifully in like a Mini Bar at a charge. I thought this was quite a quirky idea and was well received.
My stylist was running slightly behind when I arrived but a member of staff was on hand to tell me and look after me whilst I had a very short wait. This was a positive as sometimes it can be a bit daunting when waitng and no on communicates with you.
The back washes were comfortable and there were a good selection of treatments and products available for an individual perscriptive hair wash for each client.
My slylist was confident and knowledgeable with out over selling products or being pushy this was great as I home dye my hair. The condition is good but I often get a lecture on my colour choice etc ! At this salon its not the case the employees give you clear practical advice on your condition and style of your hair whilst respecting your individual style.
I would highly recommend Bad Apple hair for a re- style or update of your hair style as they are well informed, well and regulary trained in the latest cutting techniques but yet also realistic. There is nothing worse than going and getting a generic fashion cut !
All in all I am very happy with the service and cut recieved by Bad Apple Hair Sutton Coldfield.
