Hmm, this was a little bit of a mixed bag. The place itself is lovely, and don't be put off by it being below a restaurant - it still feels really luxurious.
My treatment was meant to be a Thai massage, but they only gave you a pair of trousers, not a top (normally you get given a pair of pyjamas for a Thai massage). I was left in the room without any instructions (leave top off?) The therapist didn't speak much English, but I managed to find out it was a Thai combination massage, and that I should take my top off.
The massage was good in parts but generally painful and not relaxing at all. Thai massage normally leaves me feeling really good and refreshed - unfortunately this time, I felt more shattered than when I went in.
The treatment was supposed to be 1 hr 15 mins (with a foot bath at the beginning), but I was out of there and paying within 1 hour.
I wouldn't go again. The regular price was meant to be £90. I would never pay that much.
Wow - what an experience! Adrienne is warm, welcoming and inspires confidence. She tells me that she had problem skin for years, which probably explains why I felt like I was in such good hands. I think she understands her clients' difficulties.
The treatments room is gorgeous with a great view, I loved listening to relaxing, seasonally appropriate classical music during my treatments, and I loved Adrienne's massages as part of the treatments.
But most importantly - what she does works. And that is the best endorsement I can give. I literally had different, smooth skin overnight.
I had my first treatment at a fantastically great price through Wahanda (£20, I think), and then I used her 2-for-1 offer for a further 2 treatments. Unfortunately, she is rather out of my way, and my price league, but I will certainly be saving up for more treatments in the future!
