I went for a One Night Pamper Spa Break and have awarded it 4 stars.
I had a Shahnaz Gold Facial, Massage Treatments and have awarded it 5 stars.
I had a Drift Away Maassage and have awarded it 3 stars.
It was a birthday treat for my wife and we both enjoyed our stay.
We remember the french influence in the decor on our last visit
and preferred that, as oppose to the so-call, new look.
Experimentation with the desert was slightly disappointing but, overall
evening meal, was quite good.
The abundance of staff was definitely a bonus, as they were very attentive
We will definitely be coming back again.

The spa was good, the massage was excellent. There was a good choice of facilities (jacuzzi, pool, steam room, sauna) but they were quite small for the numbers attending, with only four loungers to about twenty people.
The hotel food and restaurant service was excellent, but the room was poor - small and next to a noisy boiler room which disturbed our sleep.
I had a Chocolate Back and Shoulder and have awarded it 5 stars.
I had a Hot Stone Massage with Essential Oils & Body Scrub and have awarded it 4 stars.
I bought this back relief package last minute for £85 and overall I'm happy with the service. Went to the gym and then enjoyed the facilities (sauna, steam room, snow room, jacuzzi) before my treatment. The facilities are very clean but it was very busy (I went on a sunday). There are only 3 relaxing 'beds' and when people get them they don't leave for at least an hour meaning that you won't know what to do with yourself! Jacuzzi has only space for two and again you have to queue. Sauna and steam rooms were very good and clean. No swimming pool. The changing rooms/showers are very good and clean. The treatment itself was ok but not the best I've had. I was expecting a back massage stress relief but mostly it is exfoliation, mask and hot stones. Again overall very happy but would go on a less busy day and ask what your treatment is exactly before signing up for it! Staff is very nice as well.
Treatments were fine but the waiting area and changing rooms were crowded to an unpleasant degree spoiling the post massage relaxation by having to fight for space to shower and change.
Really good value for money - 2 treatments and lunch as well as use of facilities. One dowwnside to having picked a weekend was quite a few children using pool and splashing us by jumping and bombing into pool with none of the staff enforcing that this wasn't allowed (quite a few signs showing this).
