Very nice hotel, Dinner was lovely, good choice of food. Room was clean and tidy, and massage was amazing! Breakfast was a buffet which was also really nice. Pool area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend
Treatments always perfomed amazingly. Was my 3rd visit and can say i will go again! The only downside are the people sitting in steam rooms scrubbing and exfoliating themselves and dont clean up after...
From the moment we checked in, the staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. We were offered a tour of the hotel and they valet parked our car and bought in our bags whilst we had lunch. Our room was on the spa side of the hotel which meant we could go down to the pool in our dressing gowns which suited us just fine. The room was on the small side and I was initially disappointed although it was beautifully decorated and was perfect for just me and my sister and the bathroom was amazing. The concierge made sure we were happy before leaving. On our first night the air con didn't seem to work too well and around midnight I rang to get a fan bought up which they did within minutes. We ate in Reflections both nights and the food was fantastic, if anything the portions were too big! The spa itself is great with a lovely big pool and then smaller hydrotherapy pools and an outdoor hot tub in beautiful surroundings. We were always collected promptly for our treatments and both thoroughly enjoyed them. Overall we had a fantastic 3 days and were able to use the spa up until 1pm on the day we left. The restaurant staff were lovely as was everyone in the spa and the hotel. We would definitely return if we found another Wahanda deal.
I booked a spa day for my husband and myself. We were very impressed by the beautiful building. The staff were very professional and helpful. The pool and spa facilities were excellent and painlessly clean.
We both had a mini facial and my husband had a mini back massage. Both were excellent and very relaxing. Sarah did my facial and I found her to be very welcoming and friendly and she gave me a very lovely facial.
The day was completed by a very lovely lunch served in the restaurant.
The whole day was perfect and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.
From the moment I walked into the hotel I felt I was relaxing in luxury, and this feeling continued throughout my visit. The staff were welcoming and professional, the facilities were well laid out, clean and to a high standard. The tiniest thing that took the edge off my day was that there were children's swimming lessons going on in the pool. This made the pool area noisy and not relaxing, and all the seating was taken up by parents, siblings and nannies. There are only four relaxation loungers which two couples had occupied, and no hooks to hang your towel or robe. I recommend checking the swimming timetable before booking!
Would highly recommend it staff and spa exelant this was my first experience of a spa day and I am looking to book another day soon

Superb value for money! Very chilled afternoon, little bit lovely pool and a great sauna and steam room. Only £5pp more on arrival to rent gowns and slippers. Book treatments on top in advance as they get busy! Would return again!
