Infrared sauna just what I needed after a stressful week. Ronka was great, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time at this venue and also for the treatment and I can guarantee that I will be going back next week! Great value for money.
Excellent - from caring, thoughtful helpful staff, to lovely relaxing surroundings - wonderful treatments, we will be making this a monthly treat.
I booked the spa day as a surprise for my daughter's 21st birthday, she is away at uni and I wanted to do something together, this was perfect.
It was great value having a treatment each use of all facilities and lunch included.
The hotel is older and some areas could do with a refurbishment but it was clean and really friendly .
Tip : I hired for £5 each a towel and robe which was well worth it, as lunch is provided in the hotel restaurant which is away from the spa ( you could bring your own). If you are going to use the restaurant pack some flip flops we didn't and went wandering through the hotel bare foot!
We had really lovely time x
Fantastic Spa area. The only thing missing was a pool but the other areas were great. Very relaxing snooze room with nice ambience Different saunas and hot tub to choose from. Laura was particularly helpful especially on mentioning that I had recently found out I was in the early stages of pregnancy. She was extremely helpful and made some alternative suggestions so that the experience was still enjoyable. Hotel very nice. Room nice. Lovely restaurant. Nice bar but could have done with a clean as it looked dusty in areas. Great carvery meal. Afternoon tea was ok but a bit sparse could have done with a little more for 2 people. Scones and jam very nice.
I went for a Treat Spa Day and have awarded it 5 stars.
Great facilities staff were very attentive will go back Spotlessly clean the pool was fab not to cold and loved the sauna and steam room
This was booked on a late deal so good value however we were not advised that you need to take your own towels but were given a towel by reception. Nice clean facilites but reception staff made us feel a bit inferior and unwellcomming on arrival & we have just driven 150 mile from the coast on our way home from a short break. Nowhere was there any water fountain in spa so bring your own water also nowhere to get a hot drink. There was a brasiere but not open. Nice modern facilites though but need to take note of these comments
We got a very warm welcome from the staff. I think when booking again it would have too be two nights as one night wasn't long enough because your check in time is 2pm I personally feel that it's too late I feel it should be 12 noon, because you want to have a look around get your barings, have lunch or a snack then book get ready f r your treatments plus then dinner it was all too cramed in. However I would certainly recommend it.
Both enjoyed our day as we planned how we would spend our time and this led to a perfect programme of wellbeing, we both left feeling totally pampered and relaxed.
We would recommend Champneys Henlow
Visited Imagine Spa with my daughter during half term break.
Facilities are clean, well laid out and staff were helpful and efficient.
