Top class Instruction by an excellent instructor who is great. He know Wing Chun and can make it work in a fight. Everyone is happy and i felt welcomed. I had a good time and learnt some great self defence. This club is highly recommend.... Thanks you

I've trained many different martial arts over about 25 years, what I was looking for was a real martial art, not a sport (which tends to be massively over simplified) and here they teach four of the best fighting arts in the world, in my opinion, by probably one of the best instructors in Europe!
I have been trainied by Sifu Neal Haxton for two years now, and there is no way I would go anywhere else!

I enrolled my children to stop bullying at school and now I train with them. Don't go anywhere else till you have checked this Academy out for yourselves.

What a fantastic place, easy parking which is free!! Fantastic group of professional and award winning staff, all have been champions in their field. My son loves it, he is taking Karate and isn't the sort of child who sticks to anything long, but, with the help of Martine is absolutely loving it. Also, while he's enjoying his class, I have an hour to spend in their Gym - it's only £1 per hour, no membership, perfect for a busy mum.

Fantastic new gym just over Battersea bridge. This gym looks like it cost a fortune as it is decked out with all the most modern equipment. At first it looks like a dedicated martial arts gym, and if you want to train at any level for Boxing, Judo, MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ or others you will get top notch coaching and guidance here, however it also runs spin classes, aerobics, yoga and many more mainstream fitness classes to suit all gym users at all levels. And as a member I can choose a different activity on any day depending on what I feel like doing - there are no hidden charges for any of the classes I have done so far.

While the gym looks like it is a modest size, the classes are structed so that you're never crowded and if you are using the weights or other equipment you are never impacted by the classes running elsewhere in the gym.

By far the biggest drawcard for this gym is the level of experience of the instructors running the classes. All instructors have competed at high levels, many at professional level of their disciplines and they are all technically astute as well as being personable and focused on getting the best out of the class and me as an individual. The training is rewarding and consistent and the atmosphere at the gym is friendly and positive.

Excellent place to train, clean, friendly & respectful.
Great equipment but most of all quality trainers who know their stuff.
Martial arts can be intimidating to new comers but this gym caters for all, even the most nervous.
If you want to develop your confidence, fitness, learn an art or learn how to fight this is the place for you...Ive train in martial arts around the country & Stars gym is one of the best.

I have been working out with Rohit at MFB since November 2011, and I have been able to transform my body in about 3 months, by losing a stone and a half (10 kg) whilst gaining muscle and body definition.
I have been a member of most of the major-chain gyms for the last 10 years, but going to the gym never yielded any results, as I discovered I am just not able to motivate myself to perform constant, vigorous excercise that has one's pulse always at around 80% of max and leaves them without breath, for 60 mins.
Rohit's classes have always been different and varied, which also helps to avoid falling into a routine.
Yes, they are tough, but my word of advice is - there aren't any short-cuts to weight loss and body definition...
Nowadays, I always go for two hours in a row, doing suspension training and circuits followed by body combat with Rohit.

Amazing class, very complete. An excellent workout and immersion in the Brazilian culture. Great environment in the class and loads of fun. I would reccomend it to people all ages.

We wanted something different for our young mums group we certainly recieved it from the confidence academy very fast service tailered to our needs and at a price to fit our budget.
On the day we had an amazing turnout for our group usually we get around the twenty mark we had a personal best of thirty six young mums so that was another big plus for our group.
First stuart the founder gave a short talk about different perceptions of Martialarts and asked us ours quiet enlightening and funny. Then he spoke about knife crime in our area very intersting information and some sad stories that really brought it home for all of us a show of hands with our group alone on being affected by knife crime was scary.then it was time for the physical side of things conflict avoidence body language and how to use it the fence, mind set, proactive antibullying, personal development, character education finished with a game and a short talk on common sense not being so common all of our group myself included were riveted from start to finish a genuine pleasure to host we have booked a goal setting goal getting workshop with the confidence academy and more to follow no hesitation in recomending this company to any individual or group.
