Great service, the staff here are excellent and really make you feel at ease. They're fast and do a great job! Would highly recommend legs and bikini line wax. Will be going back here!
Currently on my 4th week of gym membership and am seeing results. The classes are varied and I'm always pushed to my limit in my personal training sessions. Vibro plates that I've used at other venues are no comparison to these and they make your workout more intense.
Martin is great, all the classes are challenging and varied and he really motivates everyone. I can tell I've got fitter over the past couple of months!
it is a rip off as one can not swim when on wants as they rented tow lanes of club to external company and use for children swimming lessons daily since 9 a m to 7 pm every day exclusive Saturday morning .. Note '' La SK t write family swimming ''in fact is children and nannies or parents ..this happen also Saturday and Sunday.. spinning is always busy and you can book day before .. so it's a headache ..

Meeting a personal trainer in the gym and working out can sometimes be a little daunting, however after meeting my personal trainer, I was immediately put at ease and made to feel comfortable. Together we went through all areas which I was keent to target before setting out a plan and working our way through. I felt as though 'my goals' were important to both me and him.
I have been very impressed with the results after working with RDS-Pro and have only ever heard good things about the company. I will definately be returning and have recommended to lots of friends.
Exercising isn't normally something that I enjoy but since using this company I have found that I do actually enjoy it and look forward to going to my training sessions.
I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into but they made a personalised training programme for me after doing a thorough consultation and asking me what my aims and goals were, they also helped me with my diet and what would be best for me. After the first couple of sessions, they take into consideration th exercises that I enjoy doing and put them into my personalised programme as well as taking out the ones that I do not enjoy.
Within weeks I have found a noticeable improvement as have my friends and family. I have been reccomending this company to everyone I know and will never use another company!!!
I went in to Riverside to do a couple of classes and they were fantastic, I had a look around the club whilst I was there and was suprised to see there was a steam room and sauna in with the pool. I have since joined the club and am very pleased wih the facilities.
I was not very impressed with the staff. One day when I was there for 2and half hours and TV screens were blank. Staff did not even noticed. Most of the staff were using the eqipments in the middle of the day. Air condition came on after 12 o clock. There is no filter water available. Tap water is available / the bottle water on sale. Ladies room. Twice there was no tissue paper.
Overhall it is ok.
Firstly, let me start by saying that I am not a serial dieter, and I haven't attended many fitness classes. I needed to tone up so I booked 10 bootcamp classes and didn't look back.
From strength-training, cardio, intervals to boxing, GI classes are nothing short of variety and give your body an all round work out. The classes were really challenging and boosted my metabolism, the result spoke for itself. Not only did I tone up and lose weight, but my stamina has increased immensely.
Gintas is a fun and friendly instructor, who is positive and encouraging. I would happily recommend GI Training to anyone who wants to get out of the gym, challenge and get in shape.
I have been working out with Rohit at MFB since November 2011, and I have been able to transform my body in about 3 months, by losing a stone and a half (10 kg) whilst gaining muscle and body definition.
I have been a member of most of the major-chain gyms for the last 10 years, but going to the gym never yielded any results, as I discovered I am just not able to motivate myself to perform constant, vigorous excercise that has one's pulse always at around 80% of max and leaves them without breath, for 60 mins.
Rohit's classes have always been different and varied, which also helps to avoid falling into a routine.
Yes, they are tough, but my word of advice is - there aren't any short-cuts to weight loss and body definition...
Nowadays, I always go for two hours in a row, doing suspension training and circuits followed by body combat with Rohit.
