REally had a great time. The massage was awesome and the service even more. I would recommend it to everybody.
I had an excellent massage at BeautyPac. The salon itself is quite small, but the quality and value for money of the treatment more than makes up for this. I will certainly go again!
The Herbal Compress Massage was amazing, possibly the best massage I have had so far. The staff are really friendly and the place feels luxurious and has a spa feeling. I will definitely be back!
I had a Aromatherapy Massage Incl. Herbal Compresses or Hot Stones and have awarded it 5 stars.
the massage was very good. not keen on the location as per the salon in front was a bit off putting. the parlor itself could do with a bit of updating. apart from that the customer care was brilliant. ah less i forget, no one picked my call when i phoned for a confirmation. hope my review helps.
I enjoyed the herbal compresses, but not so much the strong Thai massage.
The masseuse worked very hard to help my very stiff shoulders, but I just found the overall experience too painful... I asked for less pressure a few times, but still received a very strong massage.
Sometimes the herbal compresses were applied too hot.
I'd recommend a bit more attention to detail and next time I'd choose a gentle type of massage - I was asked before the therapy whether I wanted a strong or gentle massage - I requested not too gentle, but not too strong - next time I know to ask for a gentle one :)
I will definitely come back again. The massage was just what a doctor ordered - the right amount of pressure, not too soft not too painful... Kwan is a great therapist and I had very relaxing time there.
I usually visit Thai Square Spa in Covent Garden 2-3 times a year, when on business in London, even sometimes bringing friends and family. I am sad to say, I will not be returning.
I went to the spa today to get the herbal massage, which I've gotten before, and loved on earlier occasions. Today's was the worst massage I've ever had:
The "therapist" clearly had no idea what she was doing, or where the muscles begin and end on the human body. She just generally rubbed oil on me, in a frantically fast tempo. I was left anything but relaxed, and with a sore back, as she pressed on the bone a few times as well.
When I complained to the front desk, she offered me a £8.50 discount on my NEXT visit?!
I would think, that when I pay £85 at a professional spa, there should be a guarantee of professional treatment -they should either offer me a full refund, or at least offer to book me a complimentary massage with a proper therapist later in the week.
I'm sad to say, neither I nor my friends will be returning to Thai Square.
Had a Tai Herbal compressed massage lovely smell of herbs felt very relaxed i suffer from arthritis i have been several times has helped me a great deal great value for money thank u Soni
I have had a number of treatments with Kalari Healing massage and I can honestly say I have never had a better, more therapeutic massage before in my life. To be honest I was a little dubious at first, as I was unfamiliar with Indian ayurvedic massage but Kahlil the owner was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease by answering all of my questions while explaining every element of what he was doing and why.
The reason why I went along was due to a recurring pain in my shoulder and have had physio and other messages which have only made the problem better fora short time. The treatment that I had not only has made my shoulder feel much better for longer, but from Kahlil's many years experience of studying in India he was able to pinpoint the root cause of my problem and give me a series of stretches and exercises to make sure it does not come back again. I will be returning for another session soon as it was worth every penny - I consider it an investment in myself !
