I didn't know this was listed under Fitness, so I wrote a review there, which I will quote:

I can't say enough to compliment the staff and instructors. I have been going almost every day, sometimes twice a day, for about two months, and EVERY class has been good.

A great variety of styles are offered, instructors are sensitive and helpful with lots of individual attention given (no big classes that make you feel like you would be better off home watching a yoga video. Been there/done that--it happened to me at one of the extremely pricey famous schools in our general area).

The instructors are often from distinguished backgrounds, some internationally known.

Alternative options are given in all classes for more or less advanced students, asana by asana. Your body's individual needs are sought out and respected, and creativity encouraged. Very unintimidating learning environment.

The space and grounds are beautiful and inspiring. Lisa, who is the kind of all-around-do-everything person, is fantastic. She will show you the studio and answer questions, etc., and is so responsive and good-natured.

I am totally addicted to this place... I feel so much better since I've been there.

They also offer special rates for students and seniors"

To further comment, the Charym Ballet Yoga Flow is taught by an internationally known ballerina/ballet instructor who gives an incredibly creative class. I was afraid at first, because I'm definitely not a dancer (can't put one foot in front of the other), and I really don't enjoy classical ballet (although I'm a classically trained musician). But, I told her I would try it--the worst I could do was make a fool of myself (pretty common). The class was phenomenal. I NEVER miss one of her classes since then.

They offer very gently, tranquil classes to vinyasas that will kill you (me, anyway, so don't be afraid to chill if it gets too hard) and everything between.

ALL of the instructors are excellent and have different things to offer, and they frequently take other classes alongside you, and get new ideas from the other instructors.

Theyre like a non-dysfunctional (if there is such a thing) family, and you'll feel welcome and cared for right away.

I am extremely disappointed that I had paid over £100 for a set of classes and was not refunded a penny when I quit after one lesson. I had had another package of classes previously which I enjoyed at first but with time I was put off my Kamilah's lack of professionalism e.g. not texting everyone to let them know change of venue. Despite me calling, texting and emailing her constantly after I left, she never gave me a refund. I give up!
(N.B. Classes were held at the Fitness First in South Kensington)

Kamilah's classes are incredible! A perfect fusion of different disciplines with expert instruction and guidance for any level of flexibility and experience. The classes are hard work but very rewarding - I've noticed a real difference in my ability, flexibility and tone. The music is amazing and definitely keeps me going when I feel the burn! I can't recommend these classes enough.

I started Flow of Life Barre classes in January and have been addicted ever since, I had not done ballet since I was 10 and had never done yoga before but the workout is just amazing, it reaches all muscles in your body, some of which I didn't know I had and it tones you up quickly, having done Kamillah's ballet barre class I can now successfully walk in heels with no pain which is brilliant. Kamillah's classes are like pringle's, once you start you can't stop. I really recommend these classes to anyone and have finally found a class which I love. I also love the relaxing mini massage at the end, it makes you work harder in the class to know you have earned the ending. Definitely recommend it! x

Having started at Flow of Life in January 2014 I have experienced huge fitness gains. The teachers are supportive and helpful while at the same time pushing you to achieve your fullest potential. The mix of ballet yoga and pilates has been so beneficial to my yoga practice. Would definitely recommend.

Love the class and look forward to going every week - first time I've said that about any type of exercise class ever! Kamilah is fab and I feel better than I have in years.
