Latest ballet yoga fusion review

I didn't know this was listed under Fitness, so I wrote a review there, which I will quote:

I can't say enough to compliment the staff and instructors. I have been going almost every day, sometimes twice a day, for about two months, and EVERY class has been good.

A great variety of styles are offered, instructors are sensitive and helpful with lots of individual attention given (no big classes that make you feel like you would be better off home watching a yoga video. Been there/done that--it happened to me at one of the extremely pricey famous schools in our general area).

The instructors are often from distinguished backgrounds, some internationally known.

Alternative options are given in all classes for more or less advanced students, asana by asana. Your body's individual needs are sought out and respected, and creativity encouraged. Very unintimidating learning environment.

The space and grounds are beautiful and inspiring. Lisa, who is the kind of all-around-do-everything person, is fantastic. She will show you the studio and answer questions, etc., and is so responsive and good-natured.

I am totally addicted to this place... I feel so much better since I've been there.

They also offer special rates for students and seniors"

To further comment, the Charym Ballet Yoga Flow is taught by an internationally known ballerina/ballet instructor who gives an incredibly creative class. I was afraid at first, because I'm definitely not a dancer (can't put one foot in front of the other), and I really don't enjoy classical ballet (although I'm a classically trained musician). But, I told her I would try it--the worst I could do was make a fool of myself (pretty common). The class was phenomenal. I NEVER miss one of her classes since then.

They offer very gently, tranquil classes to vinyasas that will kill you (me, anyway, so don't be afraid to chill if it gets too hard) and everything between.

ALL of the instructors are excellent and have different things to offer, and they frequently take other classes alongside you, and get new ideas from the other instructors.

Theyre like a non-dysfunctional (if there is such a thing) family, and you'll feel welcome and cared for right away.
