I paid for a blow dry via this app but when I got to the salon it was shut so I need to find out how to get a refund.

I had to cancel due to a death in the family. I tried calling two different numbers to cancel (wanted to rearrange as had paid already) and messaged them on Facebook. I have been unsuccessful and have now paid for an appointment which I never attended and haven't been able to rearrange.
