Rachael was absolutely lovely during my consultation: thoroughly explained the process of what she was doing before, during and after the process step by step which was great! The Electrolysis itself was much leas uncomfortable than I had imagined and look forward to seeing the results over tune. The salon itself is also lovely with a great atmosphere and excellent location!

I went to Skin and Tonic for three treatments with Alison, it was lovely to see her again after many years. She was very attentive and re-ordered my treatments to assist with nail polish drying.... She gave me a great massage, and was expert at finding all my tense points on my back and neck.
