I got to the shop 10 minutes prior to my treatment and was greeted with the owner, who assumed I was someone else for a completely different treatment. I explained who I was and that I have an appointment and she pulled a face at me and assured me I do not as she has got nothing on the system. I showed her my confirmation email and she blamed my booking on Treatwell. I was unhappy with the customer service was not very apologetic at all. I will not be returning.

The treatments were good, however the venue claimed the price they had put on treatwell, and the price I was emailed, was incorrect and I was made to pay extra
