Natures Hand Is a mobile massage therapist that covers a wide area in Bedford. Massage has great healing effects on the body as well as aiding with relaxation. It is not just a luxurious service but great for the needs of the body as it aids blood circulation as well as relieving muscle stress. As a qualified holistic and sports therapist Natures hands strives to de-stress and rejuvenate her clients. I am a friendly outgoing person who loves the outdoors and living a healthy lifestyle. Not sure if I am healthy though 😉 I often go for long country walks when I can. Been a therapist for years I stubbled from training to be a sparky (electriton) to now stimulating the nervous system through massage.
