Paid for the dermapen treatment for scarring, after consultation I was offered a chemical peel instead. Was very happy that the technicians took the time to assess my skin and offer me the best treatment tailored for my needs instead of just going ahead with the treatment purchased. I will be coming back for multiple treatments.

The 3D skin scan was enlightening and the facial was relaxing with my skin left feeling super soft! I think the treatment room could do with some relaxing music playing and less noise from the reception area. The staff were lovely but just a bit noisy whilst treatments were taking place.
