Lovely salon, friendly and pleasant treatment, unfortunately the polish didn’t last very long and had chipped on a couple of finger and toenails by the end of the day.

This was my first time every getting this treatment and I couldn't have been in better hands. I went in not knowing what to expect and Bianka was great walking me through what was about to happen, explaining the reason behind each step, and checking in with me. I felt comfortable and not at all judged, and now I'm really happy with the result. I'm really glad I didn't try to do this myself at home, but instead went to The Dutchess!

Relaxing treatment although it did feel a little strange that I wasn’t in a private room as such but was behind a screen where others were able to walk past.
