This visit was a birthday gift for me on my point of arrival,staff explained how my massage was going to be ,question was ask what sort of massage I wanted, which I explained.During the process of my massage I was ask questions if my massage was ok, I also spoke about area which I had pain at, this was dealt with more gently to suit my pain tolerance.
