This was my first Lymphatic drainage massage and it was good the therapist took time to explain it as it was a very light touch which would have surprised me! The therapist inspired confidence.

Jamie was great - he asked about what particular areas were of concern and made sure to concentrate on those during the massage. He also explained the reasons behind the muscle tensions I had and how to try and prevent them. I wasn't even too sore the next day!
