Great relaxing treatment and Mel was lovely and very knowledgeable.
Very friendly and warm which put me at ease instantly. Not the normal massage i'm used to but tried this for something different, wasn't let down as this was amazing! Over clothes (But the offer of oils for my comfort was there if i wanted) which seemed a little alien at first, but soon enjoyed the relaxation and warmth this massage gave, great pressure all way through , on the whole a great experience and will be doing again
Mel hired a treatment room in Cowley, unfortunately there were lots of strange folk "surveying" the property. The treatment was a sort of rubbing outside my clothes. If I had known I would have worn T shirt and tracky bottoms. Not sure of the benefit in jeans
Mel was thorough and asked me lots of questions to understand my symptoms and talked me through the cupping experience in detail.
I really like the experience. I needed it after a car accident. It was perfect.

Well Of Health is Melanie Jackson's acupuncture and Tui Na (Chinese Massage) practice offering a range of wellness treatments such as acupuncture, cupping and massage and gua sha. Melanie trained at Reading's College of Integrated Chinese medicine for 4 years and gained additional experience in Tui Na at a university hospital in China in 2010. Beginning her journey into body work, namely Tui N,a which comprises Chinese massage techniques and acupressure, during a visit to Malaysia in 1994, Melanie enjoyed helping friends and family with this learning. Wishing to build upon her healing skills Melanie sought to undergo more extensive and deeper study of Chinese medicine through acupuncture. She gained her acupuncture degree in 2009. This led her to formalise her Tui Na skills with a UK recognised diploma, gained in 2011 after which she did further work at CICM in Reading under supervision of her teachers alongside her own Acupuncture and Tui Na practice which continues in Oxford.
