Worst spray tan I have had done. Recently moved to the area so was hoping to use regularly. So much Vaseline applied to my knees with her fingers - I had weird shapes around my knees and completely white knees.. would not recommend. Had to scrub off and redo myself at home. Very disappointed.

The staff could have been more welcoming and friendlier but I'm a member of Bannatyne's so I'm used to that. The appointment was on time and the girl doing the tanning was nice enough but the tanning result could have been better. Patches were missing from my legs and and I had a line of tan on my arm.

Pedicure wasn't great, granted it was an express shape and polish, but there was barely any shaping, two swipes of a nail file to every second toenail, I actually had to cut my toenails when I got home! The My Lash treatment was really good, very competent therapist, relaxing experience and I love my new long lashes.

Not the massage I booked as there was no therapist working there who could do a bamboo massage. Nevertheless a nice massage was provided. The therapist was helpful but kept walking in and out of the room during my treatment.
