Nancy wasn't in but had another lovely lady Huda do my hair. She took her time and constantly checked in with me. they were recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed.

Nancy always cuts my hair wonderfully. I never have any issues with her and she always knows what she's talking about and gives me tips or knowledge on how best to look after my hair.

Booked a nail appointment for 1 March. Received a text on the day saying the technician wasn’t available so cancel my appt. I asked if would be available the next day, received reply saying yes. Turned up for the appt where I was told the technician wasn’t in. Nancy told me that she’d asked me to call - incorrect, I showed her messages, she’d clearly got confused. Had a few issues before with them not being there on time etc. Had enough now so won’t be going back. Very unreliable.
