Locked outside until 10 minutes after my appointment. No face masks or sanitizer. Therapist looked like she had just woken up. Was using thread with her mouth which I’ve not had since pre-COVID. Place was freezing cold and dark. Took too much off my eyebrows so now I look like I’m back in the 90s and they don’t match. Waste of time and effort. Would give 0 stars if I could.
