Amazing location. Very attentive and professional Team. Lovely staff which makes this the most relaxed Spa I have experienced. The owner makes the most amazing salads with fruit! Great treatments, and clean facilities. You never feel rushed they take the time worry off you so that you can sit back and relax. Perfect!

We celebrated our college reunion at the Wye Valley Spa and cannot recommend it highly enough! The staff and food, as well as the facilities were marvellous. The service from start to finish was brilliant. We were made to feel at home from the moment we were greeted and will definitely be returning. A big thank you to everyone .

Just had a great day at the wye vally spa. The food was excellent and the beauty treatments was too, but the amazing friendliness of the staff was a delight, we are going to make this spa day a regular thing as its such brilliant value

I was bought a spa day for 2 with 3 treatments each for Wye Valley Spa for Christmas from my partner and visited with my daughter last weekend. We had a fantastic time! I must say Wye Valley Spa is like no other spa that I have visited. The Location is absolutely stunning, a rural location away from the hustle and bustle of the city with the Jacuzzi and Hot tub situated on the balcony overlooking the rolling hills in total silence, it's bliss! The Spa doesn't look like a conventional big branded spa chain but neither does it try to be. They emphasize all the personal touches and we received great service from all members of staff. We were shown around by one of the managers on arrival and had a cup of coffee while our treatment package was explained to us and ordered lunch for later on in the day. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff are there to wait on you and pamper you from head to toe and answered all my many questions!. I enjoyed my treatments and found all three of them very relaxing. My package included a Back Neck and Shoulders Massage and a Manicure and a reflexology foot machine treatment. I ordered a Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion as an extra with great results on improving my skin quality. Although its not quite the facelift I need, the wrinkles definitely look less noticeable! I even feel like I've got a glow! I thought ordering lunch in the morning and not having a treatment time slot was a little un usual, but I much preferred it! We didn't have to clock watch all day and made me think why don't other places do this? Id much rather be sat in the Jacuzzi with our complimentary cocktails than sat at a table waiting for it to cook. Actually gave me a real chance to switch off! (p.s the sweet potato and chickpea curry with jasmine rice is a must!) We will be back!
