I'm really reluctant to put a bad review.. but I think it's only fair as the pedicure I had at Spa Indulgence was the worst I had ever received. Zara did my pedicure and she is lovely. I enjoy chatting through treatments but that is the only positive of the whole experience. I have had a fair few pedicures in my time and this was by far the worse. I was sat on an uncomfortable (office style) chair with my feet in basically a washing up bucket and having to hold my legs up onto Zaras lap. The file used on my feet was one of the cheap ones you can buy from a supermarket (so I could do at home?), and it was put back into a drawer without cleaning - which grossed me out that it wasnt cleaned before my treatment. In less than a week, my nails have chipped too. I also still have dead skin which was the main reason to go and have a treatment. I have been to many a salon with feet that have gone "unattended" for longer between treatments and had a lot, lot better service. Zara was friendly but the rest of the experience was the worst I have ever had. The prices are pretty much competitive to others around (maybe £2-5 cheaper than a few locally), but the difference is a luxury treatment VS a washing up bowl and pre-used cheap foot file in a room with zero ambience. Sorry for the poor review - I wish I had read this before booking so want to be honest!

I have been going to Zara for a while now and absolutely love her massages. Facials and waxing are perfect too. Will be coming back for more.
