Booked on Treatwell but they do not accept bookings, the hairdresser I had booked with was off sick and nobody told me, and they are even thinking of leaving the Treatwell platform. After 45 minutes wait I had at least a great haircut with a friendly guy, but I believe that you should improve the platform to avoid waste of precious time to other customers.
