Sadly the spa fell well below our expectations. Needs a full renovation, mouldy tiles, broken switches and a musty smell everywhere - peeling paint on all the ceilings and no extra dry towels for when changing. We even had used flip flops in different sizes. I've been to better public pools. The hotel itself is lovely so it's strange they have left the spa go to such rack and ruin yet charging full market rate for treatments.

Empty reception on arrival. 2 therapists came,Told to complete questionnaire they disappeared again telling us to leave the clipboard at the desk and go and change, not happy leaving an unattended desk with my personal info on it.I choose something that was completely different to what I had picked online so spent my treatment looking forward to something that never came. It felt like v was ripping the skin off my face she was that rough, felt like cotton pads was soaked in nail polish remover

We had a treatment each (facial and massage), which we cannot fault. Very relaxing and the therapists were lovely. Our only quibble is that the pool area could do with having the grout (in and out of the pool) re done. The relaxation room didn’t feel very luxurious or relaxing sadly. There was a lovely spa smell in the pool area which was nice, but the hydro seat did not work either

The Spa at The Club Hotel and Spa Hotel in Jersey is a small, private and luxurious spa, making it the perfect place to unwind. The Spa has an indoor and outdoor pool, a thermal suite and five treatment rooms.

Alongside the indoor salt water pool is the thermal suite which includes a salt cabin, herbal steam room and experience shower as well as a relaxation area. The relaxation area has been carefully arranged to maximise the privacy of each guest. Both the pools and thermal suite are free for all hotel guests to use between their opening hours of 8am to 8pm.

There are 3 single treatment rooms and a twin treatment room perfect for couples or friends. All treatment rooms have warm relaxing décor including wood panelling. As well as the main treatment rooms the Club Spa also includes a Rasul Mud Treatment room for two, one of our favourite and most popular treatments.

The Club Spa offers a fantastic range of treatments including Darphin, Decleor and the Ayavedic Shankara treatments. The Spa also has a dedicated Manicure and Pedicure area and offers the fantastic GELeration. The Club Spa is part of feelunique, Europe's leading health and beauty retailer and spa operator.
