Really unhappy. 1) I booked with Vittoria and 1 min before my apt it changes to Cinza 2) My hair looks nothing like what I asked for 3) It states 1hr 15 and the apt took 2hrs 40. How can you start on 2 other clients without finishing your first?

Nobody does the bowdry lasting as long as the girls in Civette’s salon. My hair looks so perfect even after 5-6 days. My favourite place

Cinzia goes above and beyond to make you feel like you’re in her front room, being looked after. Even when her and Millie are run off their feet, there’s a little reminder that they know where you are in the treatment and how long you’ve waited.
