What a joke!! The shop is closed down. What a waste of time and effort that was!!!

This appointment did not happen. Was booked a week in advance as needed hair doing for a night out on the same day. When I arrived was told appointment not booked in they tried to blame it on treatwell not calling the details through but if this is the case how did they know before I said anything that I had booked on treatwell site. So disappointed and would advise anyone thinking of going here to look elsewhere. I ended up having to traipse around town begging salons to cut my hair and ended up costing me nearly £40 for the haircut.

Absolutely ruined my hair- went for highlights and they bleached my entire head with what turns out is a ballage paddle (?!) not equipment meant for highlights at all!! Ended up with a bright yellow head, bar some random orange bits! Ended up having to take a day off work and pay £80 at my normal salon to correct it, and still having to go again in a few weeks as my hair is ruined. Contacted treatwell to complain along with pictures, they agreed it was disgraceful what was done to my
Head but the salon refused to answer their phone calls or emails!!! Do not go here at all. Cost me an arm and leg.
Only positive note is that the woman who ruined my hair was lovely.

Was surprised to hear that only two appointments were booked in as there were three. Blow dry was ok, was informed that can't do a curly blow dry as the hair was too thick??
