Face massage (60min) includes:
The session starts with cleansing the face, chest & shoulders-neck area. The treatment is focused on working and relaxing the shoulders, neck and face muscles. A good amount of pressure is used in order to offer an uplifting and revitalised effect. The massage technique combines vigorous movments to improve blood circulation and to stimulate production of collagen. A natural facial brush is used on the chest & neck area and a jade facial roller is glide over the face to support lymphatic system and to offer a cooling effect.
The treatment finishes with a relaxing scalp massage which helps release tension held specially in the occipital and temple areas.
Benefits of face massage:
PLEASE NOTE: this is not a facial. The products used are Eberlin biological clenser & toner, organic Argan Oil and firming serum for massage and a polyplant moisturiser for the final step. We do not treat the skin instead we focus on the facial mucles.
Holistic massage: I could describe this massage as a combination of relaxing, deep tissue and ‘no hands massage’, by which I mean working with forearms for a better ‘warm up’ of the muscles. The pressure can vary depending on your body’s needs from light to strong pressure. I use pressure points too, while I encourage you to breathe in order to tackle tense muscles and bring about release and relaxation.
While the majority of clients are looking to have a massage focused on the back, I encourage for a full body treatment as I am a strong believer in the benefits of abdominal massage such as improved digestion and immune system, and relief of lower back pain.
