Our laser teeth whitening treatment uses non-peroxide teeth whitening product and LED Laser light to bring back the natural white colour of your teeth.
What is the difference between peroxide and non-peroxide teeth whitening?
Peroxide is a very strong bleach that damages tooth enamel. Sometimes it can take off the very top layer of your teeth. Your teeth may feel very sensitive to cold or hot after peroxide teeth whitening treatment. In UK, only dentists are allowed to perform peroxide teeth whitening treatment.
We use NON-peroxide teeth whitening product. It does not harm your teeth or gum. It is designed to bring back the natural colour of your teeth without damaging the enamel of your teeth. You can safely have the treatment as many times as you like.
What is the result of our non-peroxide teeth whitening?
Before and after the treatment, we will compare your teeth colour to a tooth shade chart and identify which shade you are on. We offer a guarantee of a minimum 4 shades lighter result. However, most of our clients get better results than the minimum.
What should our clients do before the treatment?
Ideally, to have a best result, you should attend a regular teeth check-up before coming for our teeth whitening treatment. A good cleaning and scaling would be ideal before our treatment, as we can not remove the stain between teeth, or any dark coloured stain caused by being on a long term medication.
On the day of treatment, please brush your teeth.
What is actually happening to your teeth during our teeth whitening treatment?
First, a bite sized tray filled with non-peroxide teeth whitening gel is placed between your top and bottom teeth. Then the laser LED light is placed in front of your teeth. You will be under the Laser LED light for 25 minutes. We will repeat the procedure twice.
What to do after the treatment?
There might be some patchy white spots on your teeth. Don’t worry they will even out the following day.
For 48 hours, you should be very careful of what you eat or drink after our teeth whitening treatment. After the treatment, your teeth are still porous. They will be stained easily if you eat/drink any coloured food/drink. Please speak to our friendly therapists for more information.
