First of all my orginal appoinment was booked in for Tuesday I arrived at the salon and person who sits at the table asked how can she help. I told her that I booked in for 11 o’clock. She said no you not. I showed my booking and she said it’s not on her system so they can’t do my lashes but they can at 11:30! I said no I booked for 11:00 o’clock not for 11:30! She told me I can wait at the waiting area and have my lashes done at 11:30! It’s a bloody joke! If I wanted lashes done for 11:30 I would had booked for 11:30 not 11:00! She said it’s nothing to do with them it’s not on the system so I can’t have my lashes done! I said how can it be I booked in a week ago got confirmed, charged, client comes in and you say no sorry no reservation / after you show the booking you being told to wait for 30 minutes. So I told the person no I need to rebook for other day so booked in for today. While the therapist was doing lashes glue was burning my eyes am not new to lashes I been having lashes for over 14 years/ so know plenty about lashes. After therapist was doing my lashes my eyes was burning, after she was done lashes my eyes was still burning and did so for another 3 hours, so i removed lashes all together even so I had infill at this salon and previous lashes that I had done else where was nice ( I have professional lash remover ). That’s second time that it happened in all 14 years since I was having lashes done. Lashes wasn’t done nicely either/lashes looked fake ( I booked in natural look ) lashes applied far from skin near lash and was dropping and they was so heavy. Never ever going back.
