This healing session ideally takes around three hours but may be shorter if you prefer. It is holistic and shamanic in nature, and treats energetically the body, mind and spirit, engendering vitality, clarity and well-being.
The session starts with consultation then some movement and stretching, to activate a flow of energy. With Gammadian's help you then enter into an inventory of how you are physically, mentally and spiritually. He uses investigatory techniques and recommendations to open you up to new strategies and practices that you can implement in your life.
If the problem is physical Gammadian might use massage to address it, either Shiatsu or Swedish massage with essential oils. All our physical aches and pains though are created on much subtler levels. It is to these levels he addresses his treatments.
Gammadian offers guided visualization that he learned in the Himalayas to explore the seen and unseen body. This may address the physicality, the organs etc, but also the energy centers and chakras. Or it may address particular fixed ideas. Gammadian uses scenarios from his own dreaming, where he has received healing, to enable this in you.
The personalised session is closed with an intent and a review of some strategies and practices which Gammadian has outlined.
The sessions are individualistic and uniquely configured according to you. Shamanic healers have many techniques at their disposal, to clear patterns and enable solutions. Gammadian also uses sound, smell, chanting and breathing where appropriate.
After the session, Gammadian will send you an email outlining his insights and recommendations.
