Once you've signed up, you will receive an email questionnaire aimed at assessing your fitness goals, medical and exercise history, lifestyle and nutrition habits. We will then design an initial exercise and nutrition plan, delivered to you via email along with easy-to-follow image instructions. Every week, you will receive a review questionnaire aimed at monitoring your progress, along with regular motivational emails and text messages to make sure you stay on track, no matter where you are. Your trainer will also explain how you can keep track of your diet and exercise regime through our preferred health and fitness mobile app. Each month, you will receive a reviewed exercise programme and nutrition plan reflecting your specific progress, as assessed through your answers to our weekly questionnaire.
