Oh no! Originally booked 2 weeks ago, masseuse called me on the day to say she was sick so had to cancel. Fine.. Rearranged for 2 weeks later - drove to address, only to find she won't open the door. Tried calling numerous times with no answer. Turned back after 20 mins, don't know what happened.

A lovely lady. When I arrived for the appointment, Joanna was not actually there, so unfortunately my first trip was a wasted journey. However, she more than made up for this. When she realised her mistake, she phoned me to apologise profusely and assured me it was very unlike her and there had been a mix up. I found her to be completely genuine. To make up for my lost trip, she offered a free session, which I decided to take up on the same day as the rearranged appointment. So she gave me a wonderful 75 minute deep tissue massage AND a free 30 minute head massage by way of apology. She made me feel very welcome and I was really comfortable on the large heated massage table (not like the small ricketty ones sometimes found in provider's homes). She was very attentive and I left feeling wonderful. Some massage therapists would not be able to do such a long treatment well but Joanna is really strong and gave me a fantastic treatment. I would highly recommend Joanna. In addition, she improved my rating of Wahanda significantly and said they had been very good to her. I found her to be very honest and fair and I would go back. The heated towels were also great!

I could tell Joanne is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable beauty therapist, I was very relaxed, the massage was a perfect pressure level and the music was wonderful it was from her round the world facial which I will be having next time- it sounds a really interesting and special concept. There is a heated massage bed and and the temperature of the room, level of music is all spot on- these sound like small things but anyone who has treatments know it can make or break the experience. Joanne was very friendly and even gave me some samples to take home.

Very friendly masseuse. Will recommend and book one for my girlfriend. The only fault I could say is that it advertises the massage for 1 hour 15 mins on Wahanda however it lasted only an hour. Still excellent value for money even for an hour. Thankyou
