Spring time is upon us which means the brighter, warmer days are a great excuse to get outside, get some fresh air and enjoy the nature whilst exercising in a social, fun, positive atmosphere. At the same time g8-fit will be providing you with a the ultimate high intensity interval programme that will keep you all on your toes.

You will enjoy:

  • Five boot camp workouts (45 minutes)

Times includde

  • Tuesdays 18:45
  • Thursdays 18:45
  • Saturdays 10:30
  • Sundays at 10:30

The ultimate high intensity interval workout. Some days we’ll focus more on cardio, other days strength training, but always core conditioning! Each class will include a cardio component, such as running (or jogging/walking, depending on your fitness level), plyometrics or agility drills, and will incorporate body weight strength.

My goal is to create a fun, positive atmosphere while providing you with a programme that will keep you on your toes. The results are a leaner, stronger, more flexible, happier you!
