You will experience the ultimate high intensity interval workout. Some days we’ll focus more on cardio, other days strength training, but always core conditioning! Each class will include a cardio component, such as running (or jogging/walking, depending on your fitness level), plyometrics or agility drills and will incorporate body weight strength.
