Our Yeotox is a 5 day programme that runs from Wednesday to Sunday. It is a three part detox, a physical, mental and digital programme that encourages you to live in the moment and get away from the schedules, planning and timetables of everyday life. It is designed as a fitness, health and mental break and to give you the tools to carry on with a healthier lifestyle after you leave.
The diet is very focused and is dairy, wheat, gluten, caffeine, alcohol and meat free and is aimed to aid detoxification in the body and to rebalance your blood sugar levels and then keep them consistent – avoiding the ups and downs that are produced by sugary foods and drinks, including coffee and tea. Your Yeotox starts a week before you join us as we will ask you to give up certain food groups in order to prepare your body for the change in diet and the detoxification process. All of the food on the programme is nutrient dense and delicious, cooked by our expert chef Julia.
The programme can be physically challenging and aims to push your boundaries. It will leave you feeling strong and healthy with a real sense of achievement. Clients can lose between 3-6 lbs while they are with us and that is just the start with a healthier diet and lifestyle.
The exercise programme includes beautiful daily coastal hikes, core fitness sessions, daily yoga inspired stretching sessions and chi gong.
The mental detox includes some centring exercises to focus on breathing and grounding ourselves alongside some meditation and each full day ends with a deep tissue/rejuvenating massage and sauna. The digital detox is designed to give you a chance to disconnect from the grid! We encourage clients not to use their mobile phones or computers during the day and this gives the clients a chance to focus on their health without distractions.
The Yeotox is designed to leave you feeling strong in your body and in a more relaxed mental state.
