Cage Fitness is a high intensity, 30 minute, complete body workout for all levels of fitness. The class is structured in such a way that it helps the body switch into fat burning mode, utilizing more energy and vastly improving endurance, strength and core strength.

The exercises are the all-familiar moves from the gym, from body pump classes and kickboxing classes and are non-contact with all exercises performed on a mannequin, therefore enabling the intensity to be customised to your ability levels and fitness goals.

Based on a championship MMA bout time schedule this boot camp type of training will give you that total body workout in just five 5 minute rounds focused on endurance, strength, power and core. With the intensity high and the exercises carefully put together you can seriously get into the shape of your life without having to train hours in the gym! Restrictions
To confirm places available please call or email Judit first. You will be also able to discuss your limitations and how these might affect your participation. NOTE: The classes aren't held at Hotel Verta but at the Battersea Sport Centre 5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction or from Hotel Verta or 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town Station. Please note that although there are male and female changing rooms there is no shower facility available.
Good to know
You will need your own padded gloves that leave the fingers free. They should be good for grappling maneuvers and the padding is strongly advised as you will be hitting the mannequin during each round. If you are unsure about the type you need then just get in touch before purchasing new ones. If you signed up in a rush and you haven’t got gloves then contact us as we might have a spare pair in your size, otherwise please use the link on the www.movepainfree.co.uk/cage-fitness webpage to order your Cage Fitness gloves from Bytomic from the UK who delivers within two days. Bring WATER, a TOWEL and your own yoga mat if you prefer not lying on a used mat.

Therefore, Judit's objective is to find solutions for these niggles and make it possible for everyone to exercise to their optimum level whether they only exercising for the first time or they are looking to beat their lifetime personal bests in a sport. Her secret lies in her attention to details. She knows too well that working out in the gym will be only effective and safe long term if it’s done with good technique and precision.
