I am not really picky when it comes to nails or hair treatment, I just choose the closest or most convenient one, but when it comes to my skin, I would rather think a few times before to book any. I am glad I find this place where I can trust the therapist.

I booked my appt via Treatwell for the same day at 4:30pm but Alla calmed me shortly afterwards to say that she had no availability at 4:30pm that day and could only go 6:30pm. Apparently there was an issue with the booking system and it was showing there was good availability all day. Whilst I was able to make 6:30pm, I did so by shuffling other things round seeing I had already prepaid for my treatment. Whilst Alla herself is absolutely lovely and the treatment ok, I didn’t really enjoy having my treatment sitting in an office/swivel chair in a tiny little room which is better suited as a small office. Not really my idea of a great ambience. If Alla could get better facilities her offering would be much more appealing.
