What happens during a session?
In the first session we will look at all aspects of your current situation including how much you weigh now, your current clothing sizes, typical behaviour and habits to form a clear picture of your current situation then we will discuss your overall and intermittent goals and aspirations including how you want to look, feel, act and be. We will then compile a treatment programme to help you to achieve these goals. Each session will then evaluate your progress against your goals and use hypnotherapy techniques to keep you moving forward easily and naturally.
