This is a workout based on combination exercises from:
• Shaolin based Wing Chun Kung Fu
• Shaolin Kung Fu
Each lesson includes:
o Warm Up
o Main Session
o Stretching and breathing exercises
o Cool Down

Kung Bo includes:
o light contact sparing drills based on:
o grappling lessons and a variety of other thrust techniques
