This is a workout based on combination exercises from:
• Aerobics
• Shaolin based Wing Chun Kung Fu
• Shaolin Kung Fu
• Yoga
Each lesson includes:

Aerobic Exercises
Aerobic Drills
Abdominal Exercises
o Stretching and breathing exercises
