Studies have shown that the use of some acupuncture points effectively reduce hay fever symptoms. Treatment is best started well in advance of the pollen season. Combining acupuncture with Chinese herbs can help rhinitis. The program consists of 3 sessions of acupuncture and small auricular therapy balls which are fixed to specific points on the ear for continual stimulation.
