Beatris is such a brilliant stylist and I’m very pleased with my haircut. The reason for the lower rating is because I turned up and the salon was double booked. Either the salon or Treatwell should contact prior to the appointment to provide options rather than when the client arrives. I waited 45mins for the next appointment and could have simply arrived later had I been contacted.

When I arrived the salon, it was closed. I wasn't contacted in order to postpone my appointment. I did not receive a treatment even though I had payed for it. So I believe this might be a scam. I have sent the salon 3 emails and have tried calling them but did not receive any answer.

Very happy with my hair however would not recommend using this app to book here. Always issues and the last 2 times I have used the app the salon has been double booked and I’ve had to rearrange.
