You can mix it up with your current fitness regime or use us exclusively alongside personal training too.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel any fitness consultation, personal training or personal coaching session, then please provide at least 24 hours notice, otherwise that sessions may be counted as taken.
Restrictions: Your session must be activated (attended) within one month of booking Monthly plan packages last for 30 days from the date of first activation (from your first session) Refunds are not provided for missed sessions
Good to know: Workouts happen in all weather, all year round. Bring a water bottle (that you can carry. Feel free to bring a workout mat, but you will carry this. Dress appropriate for the weather.
