Jim is an excellent massage therapist who listens to his clients and provides individualised treatments. I highly recommend him. Jim offers a range of different types of massage suitable for everyone young or old, because each massage is tailored to what you need/want. The room is comfortable and quiet and easy to get to by public transport. Highly recommended don't delay in booking - definitely visit again

went for lower back pain, Jim used his techniques on my spine, then told me to stand up and bend forward, back and side, I can feel difference straight away, he told me to do daily excessive which is good and reliefs pain, I found Jim to knowledgable and caring. Also, took my 3 years daughter to him for constipation problem, I will follow his advice and recommendations,

Jim's manual treatment is therapy I didn't know I could have, or knew I needed! At 28, I was diagnosed with rheumatod arthritis, and a 4 year downward spiral later, I realised taking countless supplements & pain killers wasn't helping. While pursuing massage therapy to ease the pain, I stumbled across Jim's realignment/neuromuscular treatment and all I can say is wow! I was struggling to walk, and 2 sessions later, I'm thinking about running! Can't wait to see what I'll be able to do after my 7th!
