Box Fit is an exciting and challenging way of getting yourself in to shape. Whatever your ability, my Box Fit classes will have you working hard on burning calories and increasing your health and fitness level. The class involves a range of punching techniques combined with a circuit to get your heart rate going, whilst at the same time keeping it enjoyable. This class takes place after Legs, Bums and Tums from 7.45-8.15pm.
I deliver tailored personal training programmes and sessions to clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. I offer a range of different training methods and environments, as well as nutritional guidance and help. I also run regular classes for clients during the week and at weekends.
