These 1 to 1 sessions will offer the most personal experience within my services. In my 1 to 1 sessions we will be working towards your chosen goal which has been determined in our consultation meeting prior to your first session. From your consultation I will have designed a custom programme specifically for your goals, and from there will use various different training methods to keep you motivated and progressing.
