My Bootcamp​ Package is all about having fun and getting fit at the same time. This is a non-military style Bootcamp, so you won't be flipping any tyres here! If you and some friends are looking to get in shape, then my Bootcamp could be for you. Alternatively, come on your own and join in with a group of people and exercise together and train in a variety of ways, with one session involving some weights and resistance exercises, and the other being more fitness based.

I purposely keep my classes small enough to know each clients goals, abilities, limitations etc. so I can still provide a relatively personal experience to my clients. These sessions will take place outdoors in Blackfen (Sidcup) at the weekends, and indoors in a hall in Welling during the week. Pay at the beginning of the month and all you have to do is attend the sessions twice a week
