Our Single Day Fitness Boot Camps are perfect for anybody who wants to spend a whole day concentrating on their fitness. It is also ideal for people who are looking to attend on as regular basis, as we generally hold these once or twice a month on location at The Pinewood Hotel, near Windsor and within easy reach of London.

A Typical Day

08:00 – High Intensity Work-Out
09:00 – Breakfast
09:30 – Agility circuit
10:45 – Boxercise
12.00 – Sprint Training
12:30 – Lunch with Nutrition Talk
13:15 – The Training Room @ Pinewood Studios
13:30 – Strength training circuit
14:45 – TRX & Kettlebell
16:00 – Core Circuit
16:30 – Stretches
17:00 – Finish
